Lilija Greidāne

Lilija Greidāne (1944) – Master of Music, Assistant Professor, Head of Vocal Department of Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music.

Graduate of the Latvian State Conservatory, soloist of the National Opera of Latvia.

More than 30 roles on the stage of the National Opera – Donna Anna, Liu, Mimi, Desdemona, Elisabeth in Don Karlos and Tannheiser, Adriana Lecouvrer, Lisa in the Queen of Spades, Lelde in Imants Kalniņš` opera “Spēlēju, dancoju”.
In September 2007 Lilija Greidāne receives award from Latvijas Gāze company for her career in the National Opera of Latvia. Guest performances in Moscow Bolshoi Theatre, Minsk, Tallinn, Kiev, St. Petersburg, Kemerov, Vilnius.
