On 10-17 October 2020 the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music (JVLMA) will host the Jurjānu Andrejs VII International Woodwind Competition.
JVLMA is a dynamic and highly innovative environment, where creative energy and the spirit of experiment abound. Each second signals a targeted performance by young music professionals focused on achieving an increasingly high-quality result.
Academy
At JVLMA, the various forms of teaching merge together on a daily basis: individual lessons, lectures, playing music in the academy's groups and chamber ensembles, as well as participation in master classes, competitions and concerts.
