JVLMA offers variety of physical activities such as playing basketball, voleyball or badminton in the JVLMA Choreography/Sports Hall, functional training in the JVLMA gym or swimming lessons in the Ķīpsala Swimming Pool. 

JVLMA students, lecturers and employees have the opportunity to visit the Sports Complex free of charge:

•  on Mondays from 2 pm to 5 pm;
• on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 2 pm to 6 pm;
• on Fridays from 2 pm to 5 pm.

JVLMA students, lecturers and employees are also kindly invited to take the opportunity to visit Ķīpsalas Swimming Pool and participate in swimming lessons every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.45 am to 9.30 am under the guidance of trainer Uldis Jānis Veispals. 

The sauna installed in the Sports Complex can also be used for a small fee.
