ASIMUT room booking system shows all the rooms at JVLMA in which studies and/or artistic performances take place, as well as student lecture timetables. Users have different levels of access allowing them to reserve the rooms online. 

• The JVLMA’s Concert Department administrates and reserves the concert halls.
• The JVLMA’s administrative staff carry out room bookings for lectures and rehearsals at the start of the academic year or semester, and throughout the year.
