Concert of the International Nordic project "Crossing Keyboards"

Piano students of Iceland University of Arts Steinars Ari Kristmundson, Bjern Helgi Bjernson, Torhildura Holmgeirsdotira, Pietjurs Ernirs Svavarsons and Erdna Vala Ardn will perform in the Great Hall of the Latvian Academy of Music on March 7. 

The program includes piano compositions by Icelandic composers H. Halgrimson, J. H. Askelson, J. Leifs, K. Euriksdotir, as well as V. A. Mozart, A. Scriabin, J. Brahms and M. Ravel.

Crossing Keyboards is a Norplus project run by pianists from the Baltic and Nordic Academy of Music for 13 years. Lectors and students of each university visit one of the partner universities with student concerts and teacher master classes.
