Types of scholarships financed from the state budget:
- Monthly Scholarship (Minimum Scholarship)
A monthly scholarship is awarded to students in professional bachelor's, professional master's and academic master's study programs for 10 months a year. For students in the academic doctoral study program and professional doctoral study program in arts for 11 months a year. See the amounts of scholarships in Clause 10 of the Scholarship Award Regulations. Application deadlines are listed below.
- Covid-19 Economic Mitigation Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded to students in professional bachelor's, professional master's or academic master's study programs who have successfully passed the required examinations and obtained the number of credit points for the respective academic year and whose income has decreased as of the date of application due to Covid-19, as well as who do not receive any state social benefits intended for mitigation of the economic consequences caused by Covid -19 and who do not receive the monthly (minimum) scholarship referred to in Clause 9.1 of the Scholarship Award Regulations. The scholarship is awarded in the 2020/2021 academic year for the autumn and / or spring semester.
- One-time scholarship
A student can apply for a one-time scholarship once a semester throughout the semester. It is granted to promote student success, scientific / creative and artistic activity, growth and participation in the public life of a higher education institution, as well as access to higher education.
- Scholarship during maternity leave
Granted on the basis of an incapacity for work certificate in accordance with the procedures specified in Clause 21 of the Scholarship Award Regulations.
