Director of Joint Professional Doctoral Study Programme at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music and Lecturer of the Piano Department, PhD Diāna Zandberga visited the University of Aveiro in Portugal in November 10-16, 2022 with support of Erasmus+ program.
She gave a lecture recital on the features of polystylism in Latvian piano music, playing the works of Imants Zemzaris, Dace Aperāne, Mārīte Dombrovska and Anitra Tumševica at the international conference XI ENCONTRO DE INVESTIGAÇÃO EM MÚSICA, which was attended by 160 participants from European, Asian, North and South American music universities. After the conference, Diana Zandberga gave piano master classes to the undergraduate, master's and doctoral students of the Piano Department of the University of Aveiro, as well as discussed the future cooperation opportunities with Professor Sara Carvalho, the Head of Doctoral Programme in Music of the University of Aveiro.
