Arturs Cingujevs studied piano performance at the Pavuls Jurjans Music School and Emils Darzins Secondary Music School in Riga, continuing his education at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory under the tutelage of Eliso Virsaladze, where he obtained Master of Music in Performance Degree (with distinction) and an Aspirantura Diploma. At the Bern University of the Arts, he obtained Master of Specialized Music Performance, also obtained a Master Degree in Cultural Management and Creative Industries at the Latvian Academy of Culture.
He has performed at such a concert halls as the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, the Prague Rudolfinum, the Bremen Glocke, the Salon d'Honneur of the Paris Invalides and others. He has collaborated with Krzysztof Penderecki, Lourent Korcia, Nemanja Radulovic, Vineta Sareika, as a soloist with such collectives as the Sinfonia Varsovia, Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonieta Riga, and others collectives. Arturs Cingujevs is a laureat of international competitions, made recordings for the Latvian Radio, attended master classes with Lazar Berman, Dominique Merlet, Michel Dolberto and others. He has given concerts and lead masterclasses in Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, Holland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Russia and and other countries.
Since 2016 Arturs Cingujevs is the director of the Bolderaja Music and Art School and since 2014 the founder and director of the concert agency Impresario Baltica.
